The delegation led by the Minister of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia, Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, is on a working visit to Estonia to study advanced experiences in digital governance, cybersecurity, and the digitalization of public services. The delegation also includes the General Director of "TRBN" Armenia CJSC, Narek Adamyan.

On April 1, at the "e-Estonia Briefing" center, Estonia's experience in digital transformation was presented, and digital governance mechanisms were discussed. The delegation visited the office of "Proud Engineers," where reports were presented on public sector engagement in the implementation of complex reforms, challenges in the public sector and ways to avoid mistakes while developing sustainable policies, digital identity and trusted services, as well as the formation of a sustainable and interoperable electronic healthcare ecosystem.

The meetings will continue to deepen cooperation between Armenia and Estonia and discuss new directions for collaboration.
