Whistleblowing: a written or oral communication by a whistleblower of information about a corruption case or conflict of interest or violation of ethics rules or incompatibility requirements or other restrictions or declaration-related information in state bodies or other harm to public interests or a threat thereof to an authorized person or body provided for by law.
