Deputy General Directors of the “Television and Radio Broadcasting Network of Armenia” CJSC, Edvard Jaghatspanian and Sahak Davtyan, participated in the “Eutelsat Video Days” event held in Paris from April 14 to 15, 2025.

The event was dedicated to the current state, existing challenges, and development trends of satellite television broadcasting. In the format of panel discussions, new technical solutions combining satellite and internet connectivity were presented, which enhance traditional satellite television by adding interactivity and increasing its attractiveness. Technical solutions for broadcasting television content using low Earth orbit satellites (One WEB) owned by “Eutelsat” were also showcased.

The discussions provided an opportunity to explore and analyze successful international experience, the application of which can significantly contribute to the technical modernization of Armenia’s broadcasting system, the improvement of connectivity in remote areas, and the introduction of modern media services — while simultaneously enhancing the efficiency of the sector and the quality of services.
