Today, Deputy General Directors of the “Television and Radio Broadcasting Network of Armenia” CJSC, E. Jaghatspanyan and S. Davtyan, met with the Head of the Airport Certification and Air Traffic Management Department of the Civil Aviation Committee of the Republic of Armenia, D. Sarukhanyan, and the department’s staff.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the technical and safety aspects of the new lighting system for the Yerevan TV Tower.

Given the tower’s geographical location and height, it is essential that the new lighting system meets not only visual design standards but also air traffic safety requirements.

The new lighting solutions are planned to operate during nighttime hours as well, which places special importance on the technical issues related to the safe takeoff and landing of aircraft.

An agreement was reached to continue discussions in the future to ensure the full implementation of the project.
