Dear Compatriots,

The Television and Radio Broadcasting Network of Armenia CJSC (TRBNA) hereby informs that, effective January 1, 2026, “Spiritual-Cultural Public TV Company” CJSC has terminated the agreement concluded with TRBNA for broadcasting within the public multiplex and has ceased the nationwide terrestrial digital transmission of the “Shoghakat” television channel.

For the purpose of ensuring compliance with the requirements of Article 44, Clause 3.1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Audiovisual Media”, the “First News Channel” program of the “Public Television Company of Armenia” CJSC shall hereinafter be broadcast in the public multiplex under channel number 2.

Depending on the model of the television set or digital receiver in use, viewers may be required to perform a channel rescan or reconfiguration.
